Join world-renowned tenors Aaron Sheehan and Jeffrey Thompson for a program showcasing the glorious and sublimely beautiful sounds of the Italian Renaissance.
Sheehan, a Grammy Award winning artist based in Baltimore, is joined by Thompson, winner of the Chimay International Baroque Singing Competition in Belgium, to present this recital of virtuosic and haunting duets by Claudio Monteverdi and his contemporaries.
These exceptional musicians are joined for this program by Adam Pearl, Professor of Harpsichord at Peabody, and William Simms, accomplished lutenist. For fans of early music, this program is not-to-be-missed!
