In May and June, many of you will be receiving your renewal notices for your membership with the Baltimore Chapter of the American Guild of Organists. This all can be completed via the ONCARD online renewal system in the link sent out by National Headquarters. I know that the online renewal system is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ fail-proof system for every member, so I want to highlight a few elements of the renewal process.
- For members whose churches supplement your dues and require an invoice, I can easily email you one IF requested.
- If you need a paper copy of the invoice and are unable to use the online renewal, please contact me directly.
- This year, when publishing the annual directory, I will use the information you input to ONCARD exactly. Please be especially sure that your information for your desired personal contact, church position, church contact, etc., is correct. There are NO exceptions to this, and the information you provide will be printed exactly.
